bidjl Terms & Conditions

To use bidjl you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bidjl operates exclusively as an adult entertainment platform. Players below 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by bidjl for violation of these Terms.

bidjl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bidjl's satisfaction. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bidjl. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. To register an account, you must provide:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number that you own and control, which will serve as your account identifier.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Accurate personal information including your legal full name and date of birth, which will be used for KYC verification when required.
• Confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bidjl account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify bidjl immediately via [email protected]. bidjl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify bidjl promptly.

All financial transactions on bidjl are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bidjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment channels:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported Bangladesh payment methods as updated from time to time on the Platform.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bidjl, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Fully KYC-verified accounts have no upper withdrawal limit. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits as determined by bidjl.
• bidjl does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are outside bidjl's control and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with bidjl support. bidjl reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Funds deposited into your bidjl wallet are held for gaming purposes only. bidjl is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on wallet balances. In the event of account closure, remaining wallet balances subject to no active wagering requirement will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, following verification of identity.

bidjl may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Sharing, selling, or transferring bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• bidjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawing bonus winnings until verification is successfully completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bidjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to access the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or gaming outcomes.

bidjl employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, bidjl may place a hold on the account pending investigation. During any investigation, affected balances will be frozen. If fraud is confirmed, bidjl reserves the right to permanently close the account and pursue legal remedies as permitted by applicable law.

All content on the bidjl Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, page layouts, and all other visual elements — is the intellectual property of bidjl or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without bidjl's express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. bidjl is licensed to display and distribute such content on the Platform but does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bidjl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bidjl wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bidjl shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays that are beyond bidjl's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information contained on the Platform that is later found to be inaccurate, provided such inaccuracy was not caused by bidjl's wilful misconduct.

bidjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of their choosing, during which their account will be suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the agreed exclusion period.

bidjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bidjl will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes materially affect Player rights or obligations, bidjl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email where a contact email address is held on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to bidjl's customer support team for resolution. bidjl aims to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, bidjl's decision on all matters relating to the operation of the Platform — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — shall be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.
